FOR SALE IRRIGATED TURN KEY ORGANIC FARMING OPPORTUNITY!

This unique 1,238 acre Organic Farm has never been offered before. When crop prices aren't predictable, you need to look at farm land that offers more cash flow opportunity. *(This farm is ONLY being sold because the seller is buying another10,000 acres.)

This property consists of +/- 1,238 total acres.  960 of those acres are certified organic, with 760 acres under irrigation pivots.  There is another +/- 278 acre dry-land farm that has started to be converted to organic and has an approved water permit for irrigation.  These properties sit on the massive Oglala aquifer that offers ample clean water. The seller is aware of a very good supply of manure within 100 miles at a very good price and is willing to share that contact information.  This is an excellent opportunity in the organic farm market.  Prices are much higher with an organic crop vs commercial crop.
